  1. 200 g cake flour
  2. 3 tbs baking powder
  3. 60 g salted butter
  4. 20 g caster sugar
  5. 50 ml whole milk
  6. 25 ml heavy cream
  7. 1 egg
  8. 15 g green tea powder
  9. 15 g cocoa powder

  1. Mix cake flour, baking powder, sweets and add in grated cold spread. Blend the mixture until moist mud like mixture has formed

  2. Beat milk, cream and egg throughout separate bowl
