  3. Handful cherry tomatoes
  4. Garlic oil
  5. to taste Fresh chilli
  6. Fresh parsley
  7. to flavour Salt
  8. Olive oil
  9. Glug of light wine

  1. Clean the clams. Rinse well several times in clean water. Cook nudeln according to instructions in salted drinking water. Chop chilli, peel garlic, fry lightly in oil for 2-3 min.
