  1. one lb breakfast sausage
  2. 1 bunch asparagus, remove tough ends and chop 1″ long
  3. one tomato, diced
  4. Garlic salt and black pepper
  5. 8 LG eggs, beaten

  7. 3/4 cup sour cream
  8. 2 tbs flour
  9. 0.5 tsp baking natural powder
  10. 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  11. 1/2 mug shaved parmesan

  1. Add sausage, asparagus and seasoning to a fry pan. Fry until sausage is browned and asparagus is tender.

  2. Grease a 9×13 baking dish. Drain sausage and put in dish. Top evenly with tomatoes, and cheeses.

  3. Whisk milk and sour cream into eggs. Slowly whisk in flour and baking powder.

  4. Pour over everything in baking dish. Shake to even out the liquid.

  5. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes. Until browned on top and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove and let cool 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
