  1. 1 glass (250 gms) Full Lotion Milk powder (Nido)
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1/2 tsp cooking powder
  4. Ras:
  5. 1 litre Milk
  6. 1 tin Condensed milk
  7. as required Sugar
  8. 1/2 tsp Cardamon powder
  9. as required Few Saffron strands

Step-step making Easy Whosaynas Ras Malai Recipes

  1. Mix milk powder and baking powder together then add egg and bind all together, if your palm or fingers are sticky use ghee and mix well. Make pingpong balls and flatten a bit keep aside.

  2. Ras:
    Keep all on boil in large broad pot, when it bubbles lower the flame and cook for sometime.
    Add one by one ball in the milk keep the flame high.
    When it doubles remove in flat bowl, taking care it does not break cause it’s soft and spongy.
    Garnish with saffron strands, blanched almonds and pistachios.
