  1. 1/4 pound. prosciutto, chopped
  2. 1/4 pound. hard salami, chopped
  3. .25 lb. capicola (or additional ham), chopped
  4. 1/4 lb. pepperoni, chopped
  5. 1/4 lb. provolone cheese, chopped
  6. 1 ripe tomato, diced
  7. 1 small red onion, diced
  8. 1/2 mind iceberg lettuce, shredded
  9. .25 cup hot pepper hoagie spread, or a few pepperoncini, chopped up
  10. 3 Tbs. dried oregano
  11. 1 cup mayonnaise
  12. two Tbs. olive oil
  13. just one loaf round bread, any kind of kind

  1. Chop all lunchmeat and cheese in to small bite-size pieces and place within a large mixing bowl.
