  1. Brown hamburger meat drain fat.

  2. Drain and rinse kidney espresso beans, then drain corn

  3. DO NOT DRAIN SOUP BEANS. (Thats what thickens it way up, I dont use tomato paste) insert juice and all! Do Not depletion Stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, or the vegetable tomatoes with green chiles.

  4. Pour can of tomato juice in crockpot. (instant pot, or perhaps stock pot for stove top)

  5. Add all ingredients, and seasoner, mix.

  6. Crockpot- low 6 -8hrs – high 4-6 (give or take)

  7. Instant pot- 10-15 moments

  8. Stove top- on small 4 hrs

  9. Oven roaster- for a big batch… double or perhaps triple the recipe cook on very low or high just keep an eyes on it. And mix occasionally

  10. This chili is better typically the next day…. but honestly in my own house it only last the moment I make it.

  11. Topping- cheese,, more hot sauce, corn debris, corn bread, crackers, bread. (different flavour corn chips, Jalapeo cornbread – find my recipe)
