  1. 220 gr salmon fish
  2. 2 potato boiled and mashed
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  5. 1/2 tbsp finely chopped ginger
  6. 2 green chilli chopped
  7. Salt as a taste
  8. 1 tsp chilli powder
  9. 1 tsp coriander powder
  10. 1 tsp cumin powder
  11. 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  12. 2 tbsp oil
  13. 1 egg

Step-step making Easy Fish Cutlets Recipes

  1. Heat sufficient water in a non stick pan add fish fillets and stir slightly and boil it. Transfer steam fish in a bowl and mash it. keep aside

  2. Right now heat a pan add oil after that add chopped ginger, green chilli and garlic sauté a minute right now add onion sauté till onion gets golden brown.

  3. Now add mash fish.

  4. After add cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, black pepper and chilli powder, cook 2 min now add mash potato and blend well and switch off the flame.

  5. Mash a mixture and take small part of dough and make a patties of round shape.

  6. Dip the balls into egg cell and roll on the bread crumbs.

  7. Now deep fry the prepared balls into very hot oil when it turns golden brown after that turn another side and do same.
