4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, lower in 1 inch pieces or strips

2 cups gluten free flour

1/2 cup italian seasoning gluten free bakery crumbs

Vegetable Oil or perhaps Peanut Oil for the frying

Preheat oil in a large skillet or deep fryer over medium warmth or to 350 degrees.

Combine chopped chicken, eggs and spices or herbs (for the wet ingredients) in the large bowl.
