  1. 1 cup rice flour
  2. to taste Salt
  3. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  4. 1. 5 cup water
  5. 1 tbsp oil
  6. For tempering:
  7. 1 tbsp oil
  8. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  9. leaves Curry
  10. 5-6 green chillies
  11. 1 tsp red chilli powder (optional)

  1. Take one kadhai. Add water. Brind a boil. Add salt, black spice up and oil. Stir well.

  2. Add rice flour. Mix continously so that no lumps type. Cover it with lid. Off the particular flame. Let it cool. Make slim rolls.

  3. Today take one vessel. Add 1 cup of water. Bring a boil. Place one still strainer. Place all farras on strainer. Cover it with a single plate. Steam it for 7-8 mins on medium flame. Off the fire and let it cool.

  4. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add mustard seeds and cumin seed products. Once it crackles add curry simply leaves and green chillies. Saute for twenty seconds. Add rice farre. Sprinkle crimson chilli powder. Stir well. Saute regarding 1-2 minutes. Switch of gas.

  5. Rice farre are set to serve. Serve with green chutney/tomato sauce or curd chutney dip.

  6. For curd chutney dip: add 2 tbsp chutney in 1/2 cup curd. Mix nicely.
