  1. 2 cups Cooked Rice
  2. 1/4 cup Milk
  3. 1 cup Thick Curd
  4. to taste Salt
  5. 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  6. 1 cup Pomegranate Seeds
  7. For Tadka:
  8. 2 tbsp Ghee
  9. 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
  10. Pinch Hing / asafoetida
  11. 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
  12. 1 sprig Curry Leaves (few)
  13. 1 Big Onion (cut in long slices)
  14. as needed Cashew Nuts
  15. as needed Chopped Coriander Leaves for garnishing

Step-step making Easy Curd Rice Recipes

  1. In a bowl, mixture cooked rice, milk, curd, ointment and salt. Then add 1 / 2 of pomegranate seeds and mixture well and keep aside.

  2. Heat up ghee on a small pan on minimal flame. Add cashew nuts and even fry till golden brown. Take away and keep aside in some sort of plate.

  3. In same pan, add mustard seeds. Once it crackles, put hing and urad dal. Bond for few seconds. Add curry leaves. Then add sliced onions. Saute for few mins right up till it turns translucent. Add melted cashew nuts. Mix well. Add more half of tadka to typically the rice and curd mixture and even give it a good mixture.

  4. Serve remaining tadka on top involving the rice curd prepared mix. Garnish with remaining pomegranate plant seeds and chopped coriander leaves. Always keep bowl in refrigerator for sometimes.
