In a large mixing bowl: surface beef, 1/2 C water, onion, salt celery seed, black pepper, and garlic clove powder. Combine with hands until mixed.

Heat oil in big frying pan. I love using our cast iron skillet, or chicken fryer.

Form 1/2 inch meatballs and place in heated frying pan. Since balls brown roll them in the particular skillet to cook evenly. Drain fat in container safe for warm fat.

While meatballs are preparing food mix sauce in a large blending bowl: can tomato sauce, 1 mug water, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce.
