400 g Raw mangoes peeled

Pressure make mangoes until tender

Once steam will be released, strain the water and keep it apart. Mash the mangoes completely

Grind mint leaves with little drinking water to form paste

Add the paste plus rest of the components to the mangoes plus mix well until good -combined.

The particular Aam panna concentrate will be ready. Store this inside air tight container inside refrigerator.

To get ready the drink, add 2 – 3 tbsp concentrate and blend with strained mango liquefied or cold water plus mix well. garnish with mint leaves and snow cubes. Serve chilled
