  1. 1 cup Maida
  2. 3/4 cup Wheat or grain flour
  3. .25 cup Semolina
  4. 150 gmc Grated Cheese

  8. 2-3 tsp oil
  9. To be able to taste Sodium
  10. For Full frying Olive oil
  11. For special masala:
  12. 1 tsp Black salt
  13. 1 tsp red chilli dust
  14. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Take a mixing bowl add just about all the flours, cheese, Masalas And olive oil. Mix it well and little drinking water and make tight dough. Keep besides for 30 mins.

  2. After resting the bread add 1 tsp of oil in addition to make the Dough smooth. Make equivalent parts of it.

  3. Today take a rolling pin. Roll this like big roti. It should not necessarily be too thin or as well heavy. Keep for a dry on towel for 30 mins.

  4. Now take a new deep pan add oil and keep in medium flame. Now once the olive oil gets hot. Take a rolling panel put one rolled sheet cut this into fingers with the help regarding pizza cutter as shown in photograph.

  5. After cutting increase them into hot oil. Fry this till it get pink in coloring. Do this cutting process one right after one
