  1. 1 pot boiled Moth
  2. 1 med onion chopped
  3. 1 med tomato chopped
  4. 1 green chilli chopped
  5. 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  6. 1/4 teaspoon Shahi jeera
  7. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (Oregano, Rosemary, Basil)
  8. 2 tsp Olive oil
  9. 1 tbsp sliced coriander leaves
  10. 1/3 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Step-step making Easy Mazedar Moth (dal) Recipes

  1. In the wok heat oil plus add sahzeera to splutter.

  2. Add red onion, chilli and cook right up until translucent.

  3. Blend and cook tomato plus Ginger in low fire till all water evaporated.

  4. Now add hard boiled moth dal, adjust deserving of and add the Italian language seasoning. Mix well.

  5. Cover the wok plus cook in low fire for 2-3 mins.

  6. Now garnish along with chopped coriander and newly ground black pepper.
