  1. 1/2 mug Quinoa
  2. 1/2 cup boiled rajma
  3. 1/4 cup green peas boiled
  4. 1/4 mug corn kernels
  5. 1 small onion (chopped)
  6. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  7. 5-6 curry leaves nicely washed
  8. one inch ginger chopped (optional)
  9. to taste salt or even
  10. 1 teaspoon cooking essential oil
  11. 2-3 cups Water
  12. Coriander leaves for garnish

Step-step making Easy Quinoa vegetables upma Recipes

  1. After washing quinoa 3-4 times under running water cook it in an open pan in water using very little salt

  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add mustard seeds, when they crackle curry leaves.

  3. Add chopped onions, ginger and green chillies and saut, till onions turn pink

  4. Now saut boiled peas and corn kernels till the raw smell goes away

  5. Add boiled rajma and saut. Make sure you are using rajma only(drained water)

  6. Now add the seasoning according to your taste and then add cooked quinoa

  7. Mix everything well with light hands with the help of a spatula

  8. Garnish with Coriander leaves
