  1. 1 Method size Sweet Potato
  2. 1 Medium Carrot
  3. 1 Method Red Bell Pepper
  4. 6 Tbs Olive Oil or perhaps Butter
  5. 5-6 Finely Sliced Garlic Cloves
  6. 1 Compact Red Onion
  7. to taste Salt
  8. .25 Tsp Roughly grated Ginger
