  1. For yellow Dal.
  2. 1/2 cup split Masoor Dal
  3. 1/2 cup split Moong Dal
  4. to taste Salt
  5. 2 tbsp Oil
  6. 1/2 cup Onion Chopped
  7. 1 tsp Ginger Chopped
  8. 1 tsp Garlic Chopped
  9. 1 tsp Green Chilli Chopped
  10. 1/2 cup Tomato Chopped
  11. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  12. 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  13. For tempering
  14. 2 tbsp Ghee
  15. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  16. 1/4 tsp Hing
  17. 2-3 Dry Red Chillies
  18. 2 tsp Garlic Chopped
  19. For Tawa Fry Sabji.
  20. 4 pieces Potato
  21. – 4 small pieces Brinjal
  22. 6 Bitter gourds
  23. 10-15 Lady finger
  24. 4-5 Green chilli
  25. 10-12 pieces Arbi
  26. Vegetable oil- as per your requirement
  27. 1 teaspoon Salt
  28. 2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  29. 1 tsp Mustard seeds powder
  30. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  31. 1 tsp cumin seeds powder
  32. 1 teaspoon Dry mango powder or Amchur
  33. 1 tsp Bharnwa Dry masala (prepared by grinding fennel seeds, coriander, onions seed, fenugreek seed)
  34. 1 teaspoon Garam masala

Step-step making Easy Tadka Yellow Moong Dal,Mixed Tawa Fry Sabji &Veg Pulao Recipes

  1. Wash the dal and add it in a pressure cooker along with 3 cups of water and salt to taste.
    Pressure cook until dal is nicely cooked.

  2. Remove the pressure cooker from heat and let the pressure release.
    Heat ghee in a pan.
    Once the ghee is hot, add onion and fry until slightly browned.
    Add ginger and garlic and fry for a minute.

  3. Add green chilli and tomato and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
    Now add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and the cooked dal.
    Adjust the amount of water and salt and bring the dal to a boil.
    Simmer the heat and let the dal cook for 4-5 minutes.

  4. For tempering, heat ghee in a pan.
    Once the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds and heeng.
    Let them crackle for a few seconds.
    Add Dry red chillies and garlic and fry until garlic turns brown.
