  1. 2 cups of coffee maize flour(makki ka atta)
  2. 1 cup finely cut radish leaves (Muli ke patte)
  3. half of cup curd
  4. 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  5. 1/2 teaspoon carrom seeds (ajwain)
  6. you tsp red chilli talc
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric talc
  8. to taste Salt
  9. you tbsp oil
  10. Oil for frying

  1. Mix just about all ingredients together in a new bowl. Combine all applying required water. Knead a new soft dough. Keep relaxation for 15 minutes.

  2. Now take lemon sizing portion of dough. Supply the shape of Muthia pressing in your hands.

  3. Form all Muthias.

  4. Heat oil found in a wok. Once olive oil heated slide Muthias thoroughly. Deep fry them about medium heat until gold brown and crispy.

  5. Muthias are ready to be able to serve.

  6. Serve warm with green chutney in addition to tomato sauce.
