  1. 4-5 potatoes
  2. 4-5 teaspoon oil
  3. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  4. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  5. 1/2 teaspoon carrom seeds
  6. 1/2 teaspoon entire fenugreek seeds
  7. 2 dry out red chillies
  8. 1 gulf leaf
  9. 6-7 curry departs
  10. 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
  11. in order to taste Salt
  12. 1/2 tea spoons turmeric powder
  13. 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
  14. just one tablespoon dhania powder
  15. three or more teaspoon jaggery
  16. 2 tea spoon tamarind paste
  17. 1 tea spoons garam masala powder

Step-step making Easy Potato (with skin) curry Recipes

  1. Wash and cut potatoes (with skin) into cubes.

  2. In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds.

  3. When crackles add bay leaf, whole fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, carrom seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves.

  4. Add asafoetida and around 2 cups of water.

  5. Add salt and turmeric powder.

  6. When water comes to boil add cubed potatoes.

  7. Cover with lid and allow it to cook well.

  8. When potatoes are well cooked, add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, dhania powder, tamarind paste and jaggery. Mix well.

  9. Add more water of required and adjust consistency. Cover with lid and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

  10. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.

  11. Enjoy with puris.
