  1. 3 potatoes boiled
  2. 10 homemade paanipuri
  3. 1 tsp chaat masala
  4. 4 tbsp tamarind chutney
  5. 1 tbsp roasted jeera powder
  6. 1 cup dahi/curd
  7. 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  8. 1/4 th tsp red chilli powder
  9. to flavor salt and sugar
  10. two tbsp chopped coriander
  11. one tbsp chickpea flour/besan
  12. one green chilli chopped carefully
  13. 1 tbsp refined essential oil

Step-step making Easy Aloo tikki chaat Recipes

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them. Add besan, chaat masala, jeera powder, ginger powder, finely chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, salt and sugar to taste. Mix all and make a lump.

  2. Make tikkis out of the mashed potato and shallow fry them. Make a tamarind chutney by adding roasted jeera powder, salt and sugar to taste, pinch of red chilli powder. Boil and make a thick pulp.

  3. Beat the dahi, strain and get a smooth consistency. Add little tamarind chutney, salt and sugar to taste and chaat masala. Keep homemade paanipuri ready.

  4. Arrange tikkis in serving plate. Top it with masala dahi, crushed paanipuri or any other crispy snack, chaat masala, roasted jeera powder, tamarind chutney and chopped coriander. Serve chilled.
