Half a pack of baby chestnut mushrooms

Roasted garlic and salt seasoning

1 clove garlic

1/2 tsp corn flour

3 tbsp non dairy milk

Cut the shrooms in half. Fry the crushed garlic in a tbsp of olive oil. Then add the mushrooms. After a few mins, add a tbsp of water to assist the cooking process along.

When the mushrooms start to release their water, add in two tbsp of the milk and the good twist of seasoning.

In a mug, blend the cornflour with the last tbsp of milk. Pour this into the pan and stir over a higher heat to thicken the sauce.

Serve on best of toast with another twist associated with seasoning and a bit of parsley if you have it.
