  1. 1. 5 various kg milk
  2. 1/2 pan basmati rice washed together with soaked for 1 hour min

  6. 1/2 pot mixed fruits to ornament
  7. 1 tsp vanilla custard powder
  8. 1 tsp dairy products to dissolve custard powder
  9. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  10. Pinch saffron soaked in 1/4 pan of milk
  11. As required Finely chopped pistachio to garnish

  1. First ghee roast the soaked grain and grind it coarsely. Keep besides.

  2. Take a heavy bottom pan and Boil the milk. decrease it to 2/3 rd of entire. Add roasted rice and dryfruits in addition to let them cook it they will be completely soft and dissolved. Keep stimulating to avoid sticking in to base. Add saffron soaked milk too.

  3. Now add custard powder and vanilla essence mixed in order to milk in phirni plus sugar in addition to keep stirring it both are blended. Give it a nice boil in addition to turn off the gas stove. make it cool.

  4. Garnish with fruits and pistachio and it’s ready to serve.
