  1. 3 mugs (750 gms) baking Flour (Maida)
  2. 1 cup maizena (250gms) (Corn flour)
  3. 1 tsp baking powder
  4. 1 cup dessicated Coconut (roast it within pan, to crunchiness)
  5. 1 tsp cardamon powder or Vanilla substance
  6. 1 egg
  7. 1 mug castor Sugar
  8. as required butter or Margarine (for binding the dough)
  9. With regard to topping:
  10. 1 beaten egg cell (for glazing)
  11. as needed dessicated coconut for sprinkling
  12. as required Jam (to fill upward the hole)

  1. Bind pliable dough using butter. Roll into roti, use any shape cutter to shape the tarts (i used donut cutter and same size round cutter). Cut donut shapes and same amount round shapes. Keep the intact shape (round) below and sandwich with the one with hole on top. Glaze with beaten egg sprinkle dessicated coconut then fill in the centre hole with jam. Place on greased tray, when tray is full bake on 190C till golden brown colour. Let it cool down completly and store in airtight container.
