  1. 1 full corn kernels
  2. 1. five cup oats
  3. 1/2 mug besan
  4. To taste Salt
  5. 1 natural chilli
  6. 1/2″ ginger
  7. 0.5 cup curd
  8. 1 tsp chaat masala
  9. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 0.5 tsp black pepper natural powder
  12. Few Coriander leaves chopped

Step-step making Easy Oats and corn chila Recipes

  1. Boil the corn kernels and deplete the water and keep aside to cool.

  2. Dry roast oats in a pan and let it cool.

  3. In a grinder add the boiled corn kernels, roasted oats, besan, curd, green chilli, ginger and grind into a smooth paste.

  4. Take it out in the bowl and season with salt, turmeric, chaat masala, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and coriander leaves. Blend well.

  5. In the non stick pan pour small amount associated with batter and spread into small chillas.

  6. Serve with green mint chutney.
