  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 1 table spoon dry fruits for garnishing

  1. Take dry fruits and rose petals.

  2. Put in a grinder, add sugar.

  3. Grind to a fine powder.

  4. Sieve the powder and reserve coarse part which may be used in other recipes like pua, pancakes etc.

  5. Keep thandai powder in a jar and can be use upto 2months.

  6. Now take3table spoon powder in 1/2cup of milk and soak for 10minutes.

  7. Now we’ll make 3servings, so add 1. 5 cup milk to the blender and add soaked thandai powder, blend well.

  8. Pour in serving glasses. serve chilled.
