Easy Miso Marinated Tofu Recipes

  1. 400-500 g Firm Tofu
  2. 4 tablespoons Miso *light colour Miso recommenced
  3. 2 tablespoons Mirin *OR 1-2 teaspoons Sugar
  4. Oil for grilling
  5. 1 Spring Onion *finely Chopped
  6. Toasted Sesame Seeds

    1. Mix Miso and Mirin. Add more ingredient(s) for flavour if you enjoy. This time, I added 1 tsp of Grated Ginger. Mix until clean. *Note: The longer Tofu is marinated, the saltier it gets.

    2. Slice Firm Tofu horizontally in 50 percent. Place a large piece of plastic material food warp on a flat surface area, spread 1/3 of miso mixture within the centre, place one slice associated with Tofu, spread another 1/3 of miso mixture on Tofu, place the additional slice, then spread the rest associated with the miso mixture on top. Place tightly and keep in the family fridge overnight.
