  1. 10-12 linens samosa patti
  2. 1 mug grated cabbage
  3. 1 mug finely chopped cabbage
  4. one finely chopped carrot
  5. one finely chopped onion
  6. 0.25 cup coriander leaves
  7. 0.5 cup pressed rice(poha)
  8. 2 green chillies finely chopped
  9. For slury:
  10. 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  11. 0.5 cup water
  12. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. one tsp Chat Masala
  14. one tsp coriander powder
  15. to taste Salt

Step-step making Easy Baked Irani Samosa Recipes

  1. Assemble all ingredients.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  3. Add pressed rice and mix well properly.

  4. Keep stuffing aside.

  5. Add just about all purpose flour in water. Mix nicely. Keep slury aside.

  6. Now make Cone with samosa sheet as shown in picture.

  7. Fill stuffing in Cone. Apply slurry on open edges. Seal it’s edges.

  8. Make most samosas in same process.

  9. Place all samosas on baking tray. Brush oil on samosas. Preheat microwave for 10 moments.

  10. Preserve baking tray in microwave. Bake samosas on convection mode for 15 moments on 180°c until golden brown.

  11. Remove tray out. Turn it’s sides. Brush oil on bottom side. Again bake regarding 8-10 minutes.

  12. Irani baked Samosas are ready to serve
