  1. For kadhi
  2. 2 cup yoghurt
  3. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  4. 2-3 tbsp g flour
  5. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  6. 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  7. to taste Sodium
  8. 1/2 tsp Methi seed products
  9. 1/2 tsp Cumin seed products
  10. 2-3 cup Water
  11. one tbsp Oil
  12. as required Few curry leaves
  13. since needed Corrinder leaves cut for garnish
  14. 1/2 cup gram flour
  15. For pakora
  16. 1/2 tsp Chilli natural powder
  17. 1/2 tsp Cumin seed products
  18. to taste Salt
  19. one Patato finely sliced
  20. since needed Water
  21. as required Oil to deep smolder

Step-step making Easy Kadhi pakora Recipes

  1. For that in a bowl blend all ingredients for pakora and preserve aside ready

  2. Then temperature oil in a kadai when is actually hot turn the heat to moderate and using a spoon drop the small portion of pakora into the particular oil and deep fry till this turns golden brown and crisp

  3. Once done transfer to the paper towel and keep aside

  4. Then mix yoghurt and besan to a lump free batter plus add water mix well and maintain aside

  5. Now for kadhi -heat oil in a kadai whenever it’s heated add methi seeds plus cumin seeds allow to splutter after that add ginger pastel and fry nicely add turmeric powder chilli powder plus curry leaves and few slices patato (if desired) salt and stir smolder for 2-3minutes

  6. Now include the yoghurt besan mixture stir nicely and bring it to boil

  7. Keep constant stirring to prevent lumps and burnt at the base

  8. Kadhi should be prepared for 30minutes once kadi boiled nicely and raw smell leaves add the particular pakora stir gently and simmer regarding 2minutes

  9. Now add a few chopped coriander leaves and serve along with plain rice
