  1. 3 cups of coffee cooked canned chickpeas
  2. a couple of cups wheat/barley
  3. 1/3 pot crumbled Feta cheese
  4. a couple of tbsp butter or organic oil
  5. 1 lemon drink
  6. Handful fresh parsley renders, chopped
  7. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  8. to taste Sodium and black pepper

  1. Ingredients

  2. Soak the wheat or barley in cold water overnight. Next day, drain the water and put the wheat in a pot and add enough water. Allow to cook until tender.

  3. Melt the butter in a pan, add cooked wheat, chick peas, lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.

  4. Gently mix them

  5. Add 1 cup water and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
    Once it is done, put it into a plate, sprinkle crumbled Feta cheese, chopped parsley and chilli flakes.
    It is really good.
