  2. a couple of cups All goal flour (maida)

  9. 1 potato, cut and cube
  10. ¹/⁴ glass green chutney
  11. 1 onion sliced
  12. 1 tomato chopped
  13. ¹/² cup tamarind chutney
  14. ¹/² cup tomato marinade
  15. 1 tsp cumin powder
  16. ¹/² glass sev
  17. since required Few coriander leaves
  18. 1 tsp chaat masala
  19. since per taste Sodium

Step-step making Easy Katori chaat Recipes

  1. Prepare maida dough by adding sodium, oil and water in maida and even knead it.

  2. Pinch a new ball sided dough and flatten this. Dust flour as required and spin slightly thick. Prick the flattened cash with fork.

  3. Place a new small katori and wrap the cash. Trim off excess making sure the particular dough has covered well. Deep smolder in hot oil. Fry till this turns golden and crisp. Drain off of over kitchen paper and keep besides.

  4. Prepare chaat by putting together katori in a plate.

  5. Add in chana, potato, onion and even tomato. Mix well. Put it inside the katori. Now put ½ teaspoon green chutney, 1 tsp tamarind chutney, 1tsp tomato sauce and 1 tbsp curd.

  6. Also sprinkle cumin powder and salt.

  7. Ornament with coriander leaves and sev.
