  1. 200 gm sweet corn kernels
  2. For Gravy:
  3. 2 onions
  4. 3-4 tomatoes
  5. 2-3 green chillies
  6. 7-8 pods garlic
  7. 1 inch piece of Ginger
  8. 10-12 cashews
  9. 1/2 cup Milk cream or fresh low fat malai
  10. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1 tsp coriander powder
  12. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala / whole spice powder
  14. to taste Salt
  15. 2 tbsp oil
  16. 1 tbsp butter
  17. as needed Coriander leaves finely chopped

Step-step making Easy Creamy Corn curry Recipes

  1. Boil sweet corns in 1/2 cup of water until tender. Chop onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and green chillies.

  2. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add onions saute until translucent. Add ginger and garlic. Saute until raw smell of garlic goes out. Add cashews, tomatoes and green chillies. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Switch of gas and let it cool on room temperature. Once cooled grind it in a fine smooth paste.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil and butter in a kadhai. Add onion tomato paste. Saute until it leaves sides of Kadhai. Add all dry spices. Stir continuously. Add milk cream. Stir well. Add Boiled corns. Bring 1-2 boils and add coriander leaves. And switch off gas.

  4. Garnish with some milk cream. Serve hot with chapati or naan. Enjoy endlessly.
