  1. 250 g yam
  2. 1 cup boiled peas
  3. 10-15 cashuwnuts
  4. 1 cup buttermilk
  5. 1 cup onion substance
  6. As needed refined olive oil
  7. 1 spoon ginger garlic herb paste
  8. 1 cup tomato puree
  9. 2 spoon roughly grated cottage cheese
  10. 2 spoon lemon juice
  11. 1 pinch cumin seeds
  12. Salt since per taste
  13. 1/4 spoon turmeric powder
  14. 1/4 spoon red chilli powder
  15. 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  16. 1/2 spoon garam masala
  17. 1/4 spoon dry mango powder
  18. 1 place mustard oil

Step-step making Easy Yam peas curry Recipes

  1. Apply mustard oil on your both palms and wash yam properly

  2. Peel yam skin with knife and cut into cubes

  3. Boil water in a big pan and put yam cubes, 1/2 spoon salt and lemon juice in it

  4. After 10-12 minutes yam cubes will be cooked then takeout from water and let it cool

  5. Deep fry yam and cashewnuts in hot oil

  6. Heat 3 spoon oil in a wok and add cumin seeds

  7. Add onion paste and ginger garlic paste

  8. Saute until it turn golden brown

  9. Add tomato puree and saute for 5 minutes

  10. Add salt and other spices and cook for 2 minutes

  11. Add buttermilk and cook until it leaves oil

  12. Add peas and yam and mix well

  13. Add 1 cup water and let the gravy thickens

  14. Takeout in serving bowl and garnish with grated cottage cheese and cashewnuts
