  1. 8 slice bread
  2. 4 tbspoon butter
  3. 1tbspoon oil
  4. 1 potato boiled and mashed
  5. 2 onions finely chopped
  6. 1 tspoon ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tspoon green chilli paste
  8. 1 tomato finely chopped
  9. 1/4 cup grated carrot
  10. 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
  11. 1/4 cup grated beetroot
  12. 1/4 cup boiled peas
  13. 2 spoon lemon juice
  14. as per taste Salt
  15. 1/4 tspoon red chilli powder
  16. 1 tbspoon pavbhaji masala
  17. 4 cubes cheese

Step-step making Easy Cheesy pavbhaji sandwich Recipes

  1. Heat oil and 2 spoon butter in a frying pan

  2. Add green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste and onions

  3. Saute for 3-4 minutes and add capsicum

  4. Saute for 2-3 minutes and add tomatoes

  5. Add carrot, beetroot, peas and potatoes

  6. Mix well and mash with a masher

  7. Add salt, red chilli powder, pavbhaji masala and lemon juice

  8. Mash well with a masher and switch off the flame

  9. Let it cool

  10. Spread prepared bhaji on a bread slice and grate cheese over it

  11. Apply butter on a grilling pan and grill sandwich from both sides

  12. Prepare all sandwiches like this and serve with sauce.
