  1. 1 long aubergine
  2. Sodium to season
  3. 2 tablespoon white sesame seeds
  4. 100 grams bread/biscuit crumbs

  9. 5 tablespoon fresh Greek natural yoghurts
  10. 1 tablespoon tahini composite
  11. Salt to season

Step-step making Easy Eggplant Party Appetiser with Yogurt Dip Recipes

  1. Rinse and slice the aubergine into roundels

  2. Season with salt and keep the aubergine marinated for 5-7 minutes

  3. Add enough oil in a wok to fry

  4. Crack and beat the egg well in a bowl

  5. In another bowl, add the bread crumbs, sesame seeds, Italian seasoning and some salt to taste

  6. Mix all the ingredients well

  7. Now coat every sliced aubergine first in the egg and then in the bread crumbs

  8. Fry them in batches until golden brown

  9. Rest the fried ones on an absorbent paper for a while

  10. For a quick delicious dip, combine the yogurt, tahini and salt. Mix well
