  1. 600 gm chicken drumsticks

  9. 1 tsp garam masala
  10. 2 tbsp yogurt (dahi)
  11. 2 tbsp tomato puree
  12. 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  13. To flavor salt and sugars
  14. 1 tbsp ginger paste
  15. 1 tbsp garlic paste
  16. 2 bay results in
  17. 7-8 clove
  18. 2 cardamom
  19. 1 little stick cinnamon
  20. 7-8 peppercorn
  21. 1/2 tsp shahi jeera

Step-step making Easy Bengali style Dry Chicken Curry/ Kosha Murgir Mangsho Recipes

  1. Marinate chicken with curd/dahi, little sodium, 2 tbsp mustard oil and beef masala for 2 hours. Meanwhile smash 1 onion to a paste alongwith ginger and garlic paste. Mix that in the chicken.
