  1. 1/2 glass dry mint leaves
  2. a single cup dry coriander finds
  3. 3/4 cup cumin and even coriander powder
  4. 1/2 cup salt
  5. 2 tbsp dark salt
  6. 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  7. 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds seeds
  8. 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
  9. 1/2 tbsp dried ginger powder
  10. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

Step-step making Easy Chhas masala Recipes

  1. Take a dry crushing jar, add dry mint leaves and coriander results in, crush once.

  2. Heat tawa and add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds, cover with lid or meal or bowl, wait till mustard seeds completley crackle. Open the lid/ covered dish. Add cumin seeds and wait for 8-10sec, till light brown. Now add this all into jar. Plus churn them again.

  3. Now add salt, black pepper, black salt, cumin and coriander powder, dry ginger powder, and crush them all collectively for 2min.

  4. Transfer to an airtight container. Store in a cool dry place.

  5. Use this to make masal chhas, dahi, sprinkle on salads, on cheese flavoured dish, use in sandwich to spread as masala.
