  4. Lots of pecorino cheese
  5. Bechamel (see our previous recipe)

  8. 200 ml tomato passata
  9. 200 milliliters stock
  10. Olive oil

  1. Chop mushrooms ready. Fry onions, peas and celery in a little engine oil. After a few mins, add mushrooms and sausage meat (if using) prepare food for about 10 mins on low to medium heat. Add salt and pepper

  2. Add stock and mano. Stir and simmer for about forty-five mins. Turn on the oven to be able to 180. Add a bit of marinade to each lasagne sheet one on a time. Top with pecorino, rotate up and put in an the oven tray. Finish lasagne sheets adding to be able to tray. Add a little extra mano on top.

  3. Put some pecorino. Add the bechamel and spread all over. Add more pecorino if you fancy it (I have! ) Bake in the oven to get about 30 mins ish until romantic and golden. Enjoy: )
