  1. 1/2 pot beetroot juice
  2. 1 pot Urad dal (black lentils) paste
  3. 11/2 cup multi-purpose flour
  4. 2 cups sweets
  5. 11/2 tsp baking talc
  6. 5 cardamom powdered

  1. First soak 1 cup of daal in the water for 2 hours. Then make a paste with the grinder.

  2. Now add all-purpose flour and beetroot juice. Add little water with baking powder to make thick consistency. Keep aside for sometime.

  3. For the sugar syrup take a pan with 2 cups of sugar and 1/2 cups of water and boil until the syrup turns little sticky. Turn the flame off.

  4. Heat oil or ghee in a flat pan. Make jalebi with jalebi maker bottle or with a polythene packet. If polythene packet is used then make a small hole in it. Fry till they turn brown. Put in sugar syrup for 10 minutes. Instant jalebi is ready to serve.
