  1. For puree:
  2. 2 big Onions
  3. 2 big tomatoes sliced
  4. 5-7 garlic cloves
  5. 1 tbsp oil
  6. 1 small ginger pice
  7. 1 cardamom
  8. 1″ cinnamon stick
  9. 2 black peppercorns
  10. 2 Cloves
  11. 1 small star anis
  12. 1 dry red chilli
  13. to taste Salt
  14. For sabji:
  15. 4 tbsp oil
  16. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  17. 1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
  18. 1 tsp kitchen king masala
  19. 200 gram paneer
  20. 1 small capsicum finely chopped
  21. 1/4 cup Peas
  22. As required Warm water
  23. to taste Salt
  24. 2 tbsp cream

Step-step making Easy Paneer bhurji with capsicum and peas Recipes

  1. Heat 1tbsp oil and add whole spices, and garlic clove and ginger. Saute for the min. Add onion and make till it turns transparent. Include tomato and salt as needed and cook on high fire now for 2 mins.

  3. Heat oil in the big pan, add puree and saute on medium heat with regard to 7-8 mins Or till essential oil releases from gravy. Add capsicum and peas. Mix well.
