  1. 1. five cup maida
  2. 2 tbsp wheat flour
  3. 5 tbsp refined oil
  4. 2 tbsp finely chopped methi results in
  5. 1/4 th tsp sodium
  6. Pinch sugar
  7. 1/4 th tsp ajwain
  8. 1/2 mug water approximately

Step-step making Easy Methi Paratha Recipes

  1. Mix maida and wheat flour. Mix salt, pinch of sugar, 1 tbsp oil or ghee, ajwain and cut methi leaves.

  2. Knead into a dough plus make balls out of it. Fixed aside for sometime. Roll out straight into a circle and then smear small oil and fold into triangles.

  3. Heat the nonstick frying pan. Place paratha plus fry with little oil both edges. Serve with any curry crispy plus layered methi paratha.
