  1. 2 glasses multi grain flour
  2. just one tbsp Oil
  3. 1/2 tea spoons salt
  4. For stuffing:
  5. 1 cup Cut noodles
  6. 1/4 cup soya bean boiled
  7. 2 tablespoon Any vegetables to choice(Cabbage (shredded)
  8. two tbsp Spring onions (finely chopped)
  9. 2 tbsp Chili peppers (finely chopped)
  10. 1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
  11. 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
  12. 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  13. 1 tsp Green chilli sauce
  14. 2 teaspoon Oil
  15. to taste Salt
  16. For shallow frying Oil

Step-step making Easy Stuffed Dosa parantha(with noodles and soyabean) Recipes

  1. For dough
    Mix the flour with salt and oil. Mix
    well. Add water and knead into soft dough.

  2. For stuffing
    Heat oil and fry garlic for few seconds. Add all the, vegetables, boiled soya bean, and noodles. Fry in a high flame stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Mix pepper powder, Soya sauce,
    and chill sauce, salt and fry another 2 minutes. Add boiled and grated potatoes. Mix well. Remove from heat and cool it.

  3. Make large sized balls from the dough. Take one ball and roll into 8 inches width puri. Make another puri of the same size. Place filling evenly on one puri and spread it leaving 1/4-inch gap all around.

  4. Keep another same sized puri on top. Seal both the puris all around using water.
    Fry on hot tawa on both sides adding oil. When parantha is crispy and golden brown from both sides, remove from heat.

  5. To serve-separate the layers. Roll each layer like dosa and serve hot
