  1. a couple of ltr Fresh Whole milk
  2. 2 tbsp Vinegar
  3. Viscous syrup:
  4. 4 cups Water
  5. 2 cups Sugar
  6. 1 teaspoon Cardamon powder

  8. Mawa Stuffing:
  9. 1 cup Mawa
  10. 1/4 cup Castor Sugar
  11. just one tsp Cardamon dust
  12. as needed Few Almonds and Pistachios (chopped)
  13. strands Very few Saffron
  14. 1 tsp Few drops of Skin gels Colour (i chose Green)

Step-step making Easy Whosaynas ChumChum filled with Mawa Recipes

  1. Chum:
    Boil Fresh milk, since it bubbles add vinegar and mix, as it has curdled, remove coming from flame. If not curdled and whey powder has separated can add more white vinegar. Use strainer, make sure all drinking water is drained, do not remove whey powder can use to bind roti or even naans.
    Keep paneer on a new muslin cloth (thin cotton cloth) in addition to hang on tap for two hrs. Now put paneer in a new big bowl, add 1 tsp semolina in addition to knead very nicely till it’s just like dough and smooth.

  2. Syrup:
    Boil water and glucose for fifteen minutes, can add went up essence then put paneer balls inside it and boil further more, until chum are soft.
    Remove about platter, do filling if u such as then sprinkle chopped pistachios and fill little sugar syrup on it.

    Mawa/Khoya Filling:
    Mix ol well and do stuffing
