  1. 12 Lbs Pork Cut (we typically use Pork Leg)
  2. 7 Oz. Mushrooms
  3. 4 Oz. Char Siu Sauce
  4. 4 Oz. Hoisin Sauce
  5. 4 Yellow Plums
  6. 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  7. 3 Tablespoons Garlic Paste
  8. 3 Tablespoons Ginger Paste
  9. 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
  10. 2 Tablespoons Chinese Cinnamon
  11. 1 Light Onion
  12. 1 Red Bells Pepper
  13. To Taste Sodium
  14. To Taste Black Self defense

Step-step making Easy Char Siu – Hoisin Roasted Pork Recipes

  1. Cut the White Onion in slender slices and place them on some sort of baking tray.

  2. Rinse the Red Bell Pepper with a great deal of water and cut them throughout one inch squares.
