  1. 1 bowl poha
  2. 2 loaves bread
  3. As needed Coriander leaves
  4. 1/2 bowl cornflour
  5. As needed salt
  6. Red chilli powder
  7. 1-2 spoons mustard oil

Step-step making Easy Poha Snack Recipes

  1. Soak the poha in water regarding 5-10 minutes. Then take it away and strain it.

  2. Get 2 loaves of bread and reduce it’s 4 outer sides. Dip this in water for a second.

  3. Take a bowl and crush the bread and poha together.

  4. Now add some cornflour in order to the mix. Then add salt, reddish colored chilli powder to it. Mix nicely and knead it.

  5. Pass on it on a tray and reduce it into pieces.

  6. Heat a pan, include oil to it.

  7. Today cook the poha pieces in this on a low flame.

  8. Note: You can also deep smolder it if you want.

  9. You can serve it either along with curd or chutney.
