  1. 250-300 gary Pork Belly
  2. 1/2 tbsp. of Canola Oil *optional
  3. you Onion
  4. 1 Carrot
  5. 1 clove Garlic oil *finely chopped
  6. 1 smaller piece Ginger *finely chopped or roughly grated
  7. 1-2 Potatoes
  8. 2-3 tablespoon Curry Powder *Asian Curry Powder recommended
  9. 4 cups Chicken Stock OR Dashi Stock
  10. you tablespoon Soy Sauce
  11. a couple of handfuls Green Leafy Organic
  12. Salt

  14. Freshly Cooked Short Hemp Rice 4 servings

Step-step making Easy Curry Flavoured Pork Soup on Rice Recipes

  1. Cut the vegetables and pork into small bite size pieces.

  2. Heat Oil in a large saucepan or a pot over the medium heat, cook Pork until browned, add Onion and Carrot, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add Garlic, Ginger, Potato and Curry Powder, and cook 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add Stock and Soy Sauce, and bring to the boil. Lower the heat to simmer until vegetables are soft. Add Green Leafy Vegetable and cook until the green vegetable is soft. Season with Salt if required.

  4. Half fill a bowl with freshly cooked rice, place the ‘Onsen Tamago’ if you like, cover with the soup and enjoy.
