  1. 500 h Curry cut Chicken
  2. 11/4 cup finely chopped methi/ Fenugreek leaves
  3. 1 cup finely chopped onion
  4. 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  5. 2-3 tbsp oil
  6. to taste Salt
  7. 1/2 cup whisked yogurt
  8. 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  9. 1 efficient chilies slit
  10. 1-2 teaspoon Besan/maida
  11. For Whole seasonings
  12. 2-3 cloves
  13. 1 black cardamom
  14. 1 strand mace
  15. 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns
  16. For Piquancy powders
  17. 1. 5 teaspoon Coriander powder
  18. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  19. 1 teaspoon reddish colored chili powder – adjust
  20. 1/4 tsp Fennel powder
  21. 1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
  22. .25 teaspoon Garam Masala/Chicken Masala

Step-step making Easy Methi (Fenugreek) Chicken Masala Recipes

  1. Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in the pan

  2. Add all whole spices and blend well. Saute until aromatic

  3. Add in 1 mug finely chopped onion

  4. Saute until Onions are usually soft and translucent

  5. Add green chilies plus ginger garlic paste. Saute until natural aroma disappears

  6. Meanwhile in a bowl, put 1/2 cup whisked yogurt

  7. Add in almost all spice powders to yogurt

  8. Add in besan/maida plus whisk well

  9. Reduce the heat to low plus add the yogurt mixture to skillet and mix well

  10. Add salt and blend well

  11. Add 1/2 kg cleaned curry slice chicken and mix well

  12. Over high warmth, cook for 3-4 minutes

  13. Add water while required for curry and mix well

  14. Cover plus cook over low medium heat with regard to 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally

  15. Add in Methi leaves and mix well

  16. Cook uncovered with regard to 10 minutes stirring occasionally

  17. Add lemon fruit juice and mix well. Switch off

  18. Serve very hot with Roti or pulao
