  1. 1st mix spoon of ghee plus milk into a vessel and simply heat it. Add gradually into g flour and mix with knife or even fork, then leave for 5min. After that seive with big strainer. If even more lumps remain then crush into blend jar.

  2. Take a large pan or kadhai, add gram flour and cup of ghee. Mix nicely and saute for 15-20min on moderate to low heat. And stir within between. Then, That will release great fragrance and it turns light fantastic brown and fluffy. Then turn away the heat.

  5. Transfer into a tin or even thali or chiwki, and sprinkle dryfruit chopped, let it set for 2-3hrs. After transferring of na hour provide cut marks in it.

  6. Last cut again and store within airtight container. Serve with your lunch time or dinner.
