  1. 1 pot whole white urad
  2. 21/2 cup parboiled rice
  3. you cup poha(avalakki)
  4. 1/2 pot rice flour
  5. 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  6. To flavour Salt
  7. as required Amul butter
  8. for potato bhaji:
  9. 2 carrots
  10. 1/2 cup onion
  11. you tbsp oil
  12. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  13. 4-5 curry leaves
  14. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  15. 1 tbsp green chillies-ginger paste
  16. to flavour Salt
  17. for coconut chutney:
  18. 1/2 coconut chopped into small pieces
  19. 1/4 pot roasted gram
  20. 2 green chillies chopped
  21. 1/2″ ginger chopped
  22. Leaves Few Curry
  23. to taste Salt

Step-step making Easy Benne Dosa Recipes

  1. Wash separately white whole urad together with fenugreek seeds and parboiled rice 4-5 times in water. Soak them individually for 4 hours. Wash poha inside water.

  2. Mill urad first, then add soak grain and poha in wet grinder in order to soft batter. Now add rice flour and salt, again grind or combine in with spoon.

  3. Keep aside in warm location to ferment for 6-8 hours.

  4. To put together potato bhaji. Cook potatoes in stress cooker. Peel and mash them. Inside kadhai add heat oil, add mustard seeds as it splutter, add curry leaves and turmeric powder, green chillies ginger paste and chopped onion. Saut for few minutes. Add mashed taters mixture, salt. Mix well. Keep apart.

  5. To put together coconut chutney. In mixer grinder container add green chillies ginger pieces, roasting gram, grind it, then add cut coconut pieces, curry leaves, salt in addition to again grind. Add milk or drinking water to make smooth paste.

  6. Heat non stay Dosa tawa. Smear 1 tsp olive oil on it. Wipe with wet towel. Take a small cup of mixture, spread on heated tawa thinly. Mix melted butter on it. As this turn golden brown from downward, switch and cook for 1 min. Switch again and fold.

  7. Serve Hot Benne Dosa together with potato bhaji and coconut chutney.
