  1. 3-4 large russet potatoes, sliced in to wedges
  2. 4 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 2 teaspoons salt
  4. 2 teaspoons garlic natural powder
  5. 2 teaspoons Italian spices
  6. 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  7. Optional: fresh parsley (or cilantro), ranch or blue parmesan cheese dressing for dipping

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly sauces a large baking sheet and fixed aside.

  2. Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle using olive oil and toss to cover.

  3. Found in a small bowl whisk together deserving of, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

  4. Sprinkle potato wedges with the particular shredded cheese, tossing to coat, well then sprinkle with the seasoning mixture.

I washed the taters, cut them, put them in a new bowl, and drizzled with Olive petrol, and tossed in my seasoning My partner and i didnt have fresh Parmesan cheese My partner and i had some Parmesan in a new pot that I use for other, My partner and i just used that, and mixed using my hands. I used my surroundings fryer, turned out awesome, My partner and i would likely of went more dark and crispy, but I didnt want this in order to look Burnt in my picture.
