  1. 1 cup green whole moong dal
  2. 1/2 cup oats
  3. 1/2 cup ragi flour
  4. 1/2″ ginger
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. 3-4 garlic cloves
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1/4 tsp hing
  9. To taste Salt
  10. 10-12 curry leaves
  11. Some Coriander leaves
  12. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  13. As needed Water

  1. Wash and soak whole green moong dal overnight or 5-6 hours.

  2. In a blender add the particular soaked dal with cumin seeds, alternative chilli, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves, hing, oats, ragi flour and even add water as much as desired to grind into a smooth stick.

  3. Take it out inside a bowl and season with sodium, red chilli powder and add many more water to make it straight into pouring consistency.

  4. On a new non stick dosa girdle make dosas and serve with chutney of your current choice.
